Registration Fee

Before September 15, 2009:
- Indonesian citizen: Rp. 500.000
- Developing countries: USD 200
- Developed countries: USD 300

After September 15, 2009:
- Indonesian citizen: Rp. 650.000
- Developing countries: USD 250
- Developed countries: USD 350

Student: 30% reduction

Accompanying fee for Cultural Evening: USD 20 (Rp 200.000)

Note: Registration fee includes: conference fee, snack, lunch, seminar kit, certificate and cultural evening Accommodations and travel expenses are not covered, thus participants must arrange at their own.

Cancellation

The registration fee will be refunded according to the day of cancellation notification:
- Before August 31, 2009: 100% refund (In case of a bank transfer, the transaction fee is subtracted.)
- After August 31, 2009 : No refund
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the SIBE-2009 Secretariat.
